Synergy Yoga Class - October 6th 2019 in Donja Lastva
Next Sunday, Rachelle Tersigni will offer a free Synergy yoga class for anyone who wants to join! All you need is a yoga mat, or a blanket or towel.
Synergy Yoga is a dynamic mix of Yoga and Qi Gong. It can be done to varying degrees of challenge depending on your level. It is a fun light practice done to music with not so much talking, it is more visually guided. It can feel like meditative dancing.
